Mustangs Mic’d Up
Mustangs Mic'd Up presented by the Cox School of Business featuring SMU Head Coaches begins Wednesday, Aug. 27, at 7 p.m. at Ozona Grill and Bar.
SMU Football Head Coach Rhett Lashlee will be featured for five of the 10 shows in the fall, beginning Aug. 27. Coach Lashlee will also be the featured guest on Oct. 1, Nov. 5, Nov. 12 and Dec. 3.
The podcast-style show is co-hosted by Rich Phillips, the play-by-play voice of SMU Football and SMU Men's basketball, and Alex Glover '22, '24, an SMU Volleyball alum, sports broadcaster and NIL consultant.
The series will feature multiple Mustang head coaches for shows on Sep. 3, Sep. 10, Sep. 17, Oct. 15, Oct. 22 and Oct. 29. Director of Athletics Damon Evans will be featured on Sep. 17.
Ozona Grill and Bar is located at 4615 Greenville Ave., just a short distance from the SMU campus. Fans can watch LIVE video on the SMU Mustangs Facebook page and listen on SMUMustangs.com or the SMU App. The show will also be available for replay on SMUMustangs.com, the SMU App, Spotify, and YouTube.
