Videoboard Messages
Celebrate your special occasion by purchasing a message to display in-venue at an SMU Athletics event! Whether you are purchasing for yourself, a family member, or a friend, SMU Athletics wants to be part of the celebration.
The message will be displayed for a minimum of 10 seconds during halftime at Football, Men's Basketball, and Women's Basketball and between the second and third set at Volleyball.
You may reserve a message for $150. Your request and payment will be processed by completing the form below.
If you have multiple message requests, please submit one form per request.
All football requests should be submitted at least 72 hours in advance while men's basketball, women's basketball, and volleyball should be submitted 48 hours in advance. There is no exception to this rule.
SMU Athletics reserves the right to edit or refuse to display any message. The message may not contain any form of commercialism, political commentary, etc. and must comply with NCAA, Atlantic Coast Conference, and Southern Methodist University rules, regulations, and policies. Opposing team terms, slogans, or names will be removed from any message.
Businesses and organizations may not promote through videoboard messages. If you are interested in advertising during an SMU Athletics event, please contact Mustang Sports Properties.
SMU Athletics reserves the right to limit the number of videoboard messages available per event.
Messages will take place rain or shine. In the event that a game is canceled, you may reschedule your message for another date.
SMU Athletics does not offer refunds once a request form and payment has been submitted.
