Katie Swords – Women's Cross Country / Track & Field 1993-96
Swords was a two-time NCAA Champion and 12-time Southwest Conference Champion from 1993-96. She won the NCAA Outdoor Championship at 10,000 meters in 1995 and 1996. Swords' SWC titles include two cross country championships and 10 on the track. At the 1996 SWC Track and Field Championships, she became the first individual to score 40 points at the SWC meet by winning the 1,500 meters, 3,000 meters, 5,000 meters and 10,000 meters.
