DALLAS (SMU) - The seventh-annual SMU Football Kickoff Luncheon, sponsored by The Gardner Group has been scheduled for Wednesday, Aug. 17th, and will be held in the Chantilly Ballroom at the Hilton Anatole Hotel, 2201 Stemmons Freeway. Lunch will be served at noon, followed by an interview with SMU Head Coach June Jones.

Mustang fans have the option of sponsoring a table of 10 for $750, which includes eight tickets and the choice of two players or a player and a coach, or purchasing individual tickets for $75. Preseason honors and accolades are piling up for the Mustangs, with Athlon Sports picking SMU to finish first in Conference USA's Western Division. The publication also named nine Mustangs to its preseason All-C-USA squads. The Mustangs enter 2011 on the heels of consecutive bowl berths and Conference USA Western Division Championships.
