SMU fans and donors will enjoy a customized mobile ticketing experience powered by Paciolan. They will have the option to purchase mobile tickets, receive their tickets via text, and use contactless ticketing upon entry at the stadium. This technology helps not only to unlock rich customer data but also provides the safety measure of touchless ticketing entry at the gate. Mustang fans are also able to manage their accounts directly from their phone and transfer or exchange tickets for events they cannot attend.

SMU will leverage Paciolan's college athletics-tailored implementation of Salesforce and CRM administrative services to gain deep insights into fans and donors. This provides their staff instant access to customer information, including account data, ticketing, parking information, donor level, transaction history, and more. These powerful sales tools will assist outbound sales and service efforts led by the Learfield IMG College Ticket Solutions team, who have dedicated, on-site personnel to engage fans and sell tickets.
SMU will also take advantage of Paciolan's marketing automation tools and services to build automated customer journeys and communications based on each fan's preferences. Mustang fans can receive customized messages based on their purchase history, donor status, attendance patterns, and affinities, all tailored for their profile.
The Paciolan digital marketing team will work closely with the SMU athletics staff to offer programmatic digital marketing services to help sell more tickets. Digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, social, display, and video, will help to engage audiences, acquire new customers, and sell tickets to Mustang events.
SMU will receive Paciolan's signature partner service and support. This includes being teamed up with a strategic client partner, an ecommerce operations specialist, a salesforce administrator, a marketing automation specialist and, and a digital media strategist. These experts will serve as an extension to the SMU team to help plan, collaborate, and unlock all the value of the Paciolan tools available to them.
