COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (SMU) -
Raelyn Roberson finished in third in the long jump to highlight the Mustang trip to the Championships at the Peak meet over the weekend.

Roberson came into the meet with a personal best of 5.66 in the long jump set back at the second H-Town Speed Series meet. Roberson cleared a distance of 5.99m in Colorado earning her third place amongst the packed field. The jump gave her a top-60 distance nationally and a top three all-time mark at SMU.

Her new personal record put her second in the conference behind teammate and fellow freshman,
Funminiyi Olajide.

Cassie Ackemann competed in the high jump on Saturday for the Mustangs. Ackemann cleared 1.65 in her best attempt to finish in 20
th. The senior holds a personal best of 1.76m in the indoor high jump, a top 10 mark in SMU history.

The Mustangs wrap up the indoor regular season with three top-75 national marks, nine top-10 conference marks, and four top three AAC marks.

SMU returns to action on Saturday, March 6 as they head to Texas for the first outdoor meet of the season.
