2021-2022 (Sr.): Competed with partner Jack Kite in unfinished doubles match at line No. 3 in 5-2 win over UT Dallas on April 16... participated in one fall tournament, ITA Regional Championships falling in singles qualifying... did not play rest of fall due to injury... internship with Maureen Connolly-Brinker foundation specifically with Lil Mo national and international tournaments.

2020-2021 (Jr.): Overall record of 2-3 in singles... No.5 singles win against Rodrigo Yoshikata (PVAMU) 6-7(1),6-2,1-0(8) on January 15,2021...

2019-2020 (So.): Overall record of 3-4 in singles... went 2-0 in dual match... No.5 singles win against Juan Viada (PVAMU) 6-0,7-5 on January 16, 2020... No.6 singles win against Rhett Rollins (Oklahoma Baptist) 6-4,7-6(7) on February 1, 2020... did not compete in Fall 2020 due to Covid-19 restrictions...

2018-19 (Fr.): Arrived at SMU for the Spring Semester ... went 3-3 in the singles season ... earned his first collegiate win against Zachary Suico of Prairie View during the season opener ... played in one doubles match losing with partner Andrew Buhelos against Oklahoma Baptist

PERSONAL: Ross is a 3-star recruit from Mount Pleasant, South Carolina with a strong family connection to SMU Tennis. Ross comes to the Hilltop boasting a UTR of 10.41 and his HEAD national ranking is 375; 105 in the southeast, and 13 in South Carolina according to TennisRecruiting.net ...  He completed his senior year of high school at the International Connections Academy hosted at LTP Scholars/Randy Pate Tennis Academy in SC ... Eddie's dad, Ed Ross, and his uncle, John Ross, were both standouts with SMU Tennis and even combined as doubles partners to achieve a national collegiate ranking of 15th.  His Uncle John was an All-American and a quarter-finalist in the NCAA singles tournament ... With the Ross brothers, SMU Tennis had one of their strongest eras and made back-to back NCAA semifinals while also spending time as the top-ranked team in the nation... two siblings Anna and Michael both are student-athletes at Vanderbilt.
