PLEASE NOTE: We will NOT be accepting appearance requests from April 13 through April 26 as we prepare for tryouts and the upcoming season.
Request Guidelines:
- Requests should be submitted 4–6 weeks in advance.
- Submission does not guarantee approval. You will receive a confirmation or follow-up within one week of your request.
- All payments and travel arrangements must be confirmed prior to the appearance.
- Appearances are limited or unavailable during university holidays, exam periods, and major athletic events.
