Chris Rodriguez joined the Mustangs’ staff in January of 2018 as the director of video services. Rodriguez comes to the Hilltop after spending two seasons at Arkansas State as the video coordinator.
Prior to his time at Arkansas State, Rodriguez worked as the assistant video coordinator at Texas State for three seasons. Prior to Texas State, he served as a videographer at Mary Hardin-Baylor. In addition to his duties with the football program, Rodriguez assisted with maintaining on-line broadcasts for all athletics events.
Rodriguez earned his bachelor’s degree in history from Mary Hardin-Baylor in 2013, and his master of education in secondary education from Texas State in 2015. He earned a second master's degree from Arkansas State in early childhood services in 2017.
He resides with his wife, Pamela. The couple has one daughter, Sloan Ryan.
