Hannah Cesario arrived on the Hilltop in February 2023.
Cesario serves as the Director of Internal Football Operations, managing the behind-the-scenes logistics and administrative support in the football office. In her role, she oversees all aspects of team travel, including hotels, charter flights, buses, and police escorts, and coordinates coaching conventions and major team events. She leads the football business department, handling purchases, invoicing, purchase orders, and financial reconciliations. She also organizes the daily schedules for coaches and players through Teamworks.
In addition to her operational duties, she currently serves as the former player liaison, maintaining communication with football alumni. Cesario also assists with community engagement through clinics and special events.
Before her current role, she spent four seasons as the Director of Football Operations and Video Coordinator at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California. There, she managed a wide range of responsibilities including team travel, videography, film exchange, budget oversight, recruiting operations, official visits, meals, scheduling, game day logistics, and more.
Her football career began at Oregon State University, where she worked for four years in the Beavers’ football video department. During that time, she also collaborated with the Pac-12 Network as part of their video production crew, providing multi-sport broadcast support.
She earned her degree in Digital Communications from Oregon State University in 2019.
Hannah’s family resides in both the Pacific Northwest and California’s Central Coast.
