Sue Bierman, Director, received her B.S., M.S, and Ph.D. from Texas A&M University. She has worked with student athletes at Texas A&M, Sam Houston State University and Butler University. Since arriving at SMU in 2007, Sue has worked with student athletes in football, men’s/women’s basketball, men’s/women’s swimming and diving and volleyball. She was an assistant professor at Butler and taught courses in Psychology, Statistics, and Student Success and Ethics. She has worked in Residence Life, Student Activities, and Athletic Advising. Sue enjoys watching the Mustangs, playing tennis, and rescuing dachshunds.
