2024-25 (Fr.) - Rader rowed with the third varsity eight at the Ohio State Regatta, Big Ten Invite and the ACC Championship ... raced ahead of Wisconsin in the 3v8 at the Big Ten Invitational completing the race in 7:21.453 … in session three at the Big Ten Invitational, the 3v8 finished in front of Indiana and Miami … finished in fourth on Friday at the ACC Championship with the 3v8 finishing in front of Clemson and Louisville … in the petite final of the ACC Championship finished in second (6:43.282) ahead of Clemson, Miami, Boston College and Louisville.


PERSONAL: Rader comes to SMU from Newport Beach, California. where she rowed with Newport Aquatic Center. She chose SMU because of her love of the campus, the incredible opportunities SMU affords student-athletes, the city of Dallas and the team. She enjoyed meeting Coach Graham and appreciated his vision for the team and his leadership style. She has qualified twice for US Rowing Youth Nationals. At US Rowing Youth Nationals in 2021, she placed eighth in the U17 8+ and in 2022 she placed seventh in U17 8+. She plans on majoring in Finance.
