Rebekah Anderson is entering her first year as an Intern Athletic Trainer at SMU. Her primary responsibility is the healthcare of the men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams.
Prior to SMU, Rebekah graduated with her Master of Science in Athletic Training degree from Texas A&M University in May of 2023. Through her education, she gained experience with NCAA Division I SEC Football, Volleyball, and Swimming & Diving as well as 6A high school athletics. Rebekah also completed a summer immersion with the University of North Texas football team. She received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University in 2021.
Rebekah is certified in CPR and AED through the American Heart Association and completed her Facial Abrasion Technique (FAT-Tool) certification with the FIT institute in 2022. She is originally from Harlingen, Texas and currently resides in Dallas, Texas.
