Aly Bayliss enters her first year with the Mustangs as a Photography Graduate Assistant while pursuing a master’s degree in Advertising at SMU.
In May 2026, Bayliss graduated from Abilene Christian University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fine Art.
Prior to SMU, Bayliss served as the Head Photography Intern for Abilene Christian Athletics, where she led visual coverage across multiple sports, photographed home and away competitions, and collaborated with coaches and athletic staff to create content for social media, recruiting, and marketing initiatives. Bayliss also interned with SMU Football in the summer of 2025, assisting the creative team with photography and content production.
Originally from Tucson, Arizona, Bayliss has lived in Dallas since 2017.
