Carly Kaiser, while working as a Graduate Assistant for SMU Athletics, is pursuing her Master of Science in Management through the Cox School of Business.
Prior to working for SMU Athletics, Kaiser attended the University of Kansas, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing in 3 years from the KU School of Business.
While attending KU, Kaiser spent the 2024-26 seasons as a Marketing Assistant Student Intern for Kansas Athletics in their Marketing & Fan Experience Department. Through the program, she gained hands-on experience across all varsity sports. For the 2025-26 season, Kaiser was the primary contact for Softball and the secondary contact for Women’s Basketball.
Kaiser also helped with game presentation and fan engagement for several National Championships, including the 2025 NCAA Division 1 Women’s Volleyball Championship, having a sold-out crowd of 18,400, and the 2025 NCAA Division 1 Women’s College Cup. She also helped with activations for the College All-Star game at the 2026 NCAA Division 1 Men’s Basketball Final Four and NIT Semi-finals.
She is originally from Seymour, Indiana.
