Chad O’Bryan started at SMU in the Summer of 2023 as the Assistant Director of Ticket Operations.
O'Bryan came to the Hilltop after a stint at Churchill Downs Racetrack in Louisville, KY. He held the positions of Ticket Operations Manager, Box Office Supervisor, and was briefly a member of the Event Operations team. He was one of the primary ticketing contacts for the Kentucky Derby and Kentucky Oaks in 2023.
A native of Louisville, KY, O'Bryan graduated from the University of Louisville with a Bachelor of Business Administration while minoring in Entrepreneurship. He was also a member of their Intramural Sports staff for three years.
