Jeff Koch grew up in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where early experiences in athletics and community shaped his passion for teamwork and leadership, ultimately leading him to Southern Methodist University.
Jeff is pursuing his MBA at SMU's Cox School of Business, following his Master of Science in Management (May 2026) and a B.S. in Applied Physiology and Sport Management (2025). A four-year NCAA Division I athlete on the SMU Men's Soccer Team, he helped the team reach four consecutive conference championships and three NCAA Tournament appearances.
Jeff currently serves as a Graduate Assistant in Business Operations and Finance for SMU Athletics, supporting budgeting and forecasting across all 16 athletic programs and NIL/revenue-sharing planning for football, basketball, and Olympic sports, while working closely with coaches, donors, and department executives.
Jeff previously served as President of SMU Dance Marathon, leading a 15-person board that raised $20,000 for Children's Hospital. He has also been involved with Athletes in Action, Life After Ball, Delta Sigma Pi, and the Folsom Institute Undergraduate Real Estate Club.
