Jesse Boucher was named Assistant Director of Olympic Sports Equipment in July of 2024.

Boucher oversees daily operations of the Loyd All Sports Center equipment room and directly handles all equipment needs for the women’s soccer, men’s soccer, women’s track, and equestrian teams. His role also includes managing and overseeing the equipment department budget and his staff.

Prior to his time on the Hilltop, Boucher returned to his alma mater, Tennessee Tech, as the Equipment Coordinator for Athletics in 2023. In that role, he was responsible for the Tennessee Tech football team’s needs while also overseeing a team of student managers.

Before returning to Tennessee Tech, Boucher spent a season working as a Baltimore Ravens Equipment Intern (2022-23).

While an undergraduate at Tennessee Tech (2019-22), he served as the head student football equipment manager and was responsible for executing football practice and game preparation and facilitating the organization of equipment for the players and coaching staff. Boucher also spent time as a summer equipment intern for the Tennessee Titans (2021) during that time.

Boucher graduated with a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Physical Wellness from Tennessee Tech in 2022. He currently resides in Dallas with his wife Chloe and thier two cats Oliver and Monte.
