Morgan Azeez began her position at SMU as Assistant Director of Creative Video in August 2025.
Some of her many duties include; shooting and producing short form and long form video content, serving as primary videographer for Volleyball, creating motion graphics for visual displays, and working closely with other external operations to amplify the SMU brand.
Prior to SMU, Azeez served as the Women’s Basketball Director of Creative Content at Florida State for two seasons. While with the Seminoles, she successfully managed the FSU creative team help churn out visually appealing content for all the programs unique audiences.
Azeez, who graduated from Miami University in 2023, was the women’s basketball program’s student Director of Creative Content for the 2022-23 season. She spent the previous three seasons as one the team’s content creators, producing video and photo content for all social media platforms.
Azeez holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Integrative Media Studies as well as Media & Culture at Miami University.
