SMU Hoops To Scrimmage

DALLAS (SMU) -- The SMU Men's Basketball Team will hit the hardwood on Saturday, Oct. 27, as the Mustangs play their annual Red-White Game at Moody Coliseum.
The Ponies have been practicing since Oct. 13, but the Saturday scrimmage will be their first chance to play in a game-like setting.
Preseason All-WAC picks Damon Hancock and Quinton Ross will lead the SMU charge when the Ponies hit the court at 10 a.m.
"Each year presents new opportunities and challenges," said SMU Head Coach Mike Dement. "This year will be no different."
"I know that as a team, we're looking forward to getting out there and seeing what the year presents."
Admission is free and the public is welcome to attend.
