Mustangs To Face 4-0 Golden Eagles

DALLAS (SMU) -- The SMU Mustangs will look for their first road win of the season on Wednesday, Dec. 4, when they travel north to Tulsa to face an undefeated Oral Roberts squad.

SMU is coming off a win over metroplex foe North Texas, while the 4-0 Golden Eagles arrive with a win over SEC power Arkansas and on the heels of being tabbed a 2002 NCAA Tournament team by Sports Illustrated.

SMU and ORU have met six time on the hardwood, with the Mustangs boasting a 6-0 series edge. The Ponies and Golden Eagles met five times between 1991 and 1995 before resuming the series in 2001-02, a contest won by SMU 82-64 at Moody Coliseum.
