Men's Swimming at Kerr McGee Invite Dec. 16-19

DALLAS (SMU) - The SMU men?s swimming team will travel to Oklahoma City, Okla., Dec. 16-19, to participate in the 13th Annual Kerr-McGee Elite Pro-Am. The meet will be held at Oklahoma City Community College and is a traditional prelims/finals meet with ?championship? seeding.
Awards for the meet will be given in two categories: Professional and Amateur Athletes. Professional athletes will compete for cash prizes and amateur athletes will compete for prize credits for merchandise. High point team trophies (1st, 2nd, 3rd) will be awarded in the following categories: male team, female team and combined team. Points for individual & relay events will be awarded on a 20-17-16-15-14-13-12-11-9-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 basis.
