AUSTIN (SMU) - In the final day of the competition, two Mustangs continue to represent SMU at the American Short Course Championships in Austin, Texas. Nathan Clark and Michael Dmitriev competed in the 200 yard IM and 1650 yard freestyle, respectively.

With a time of 15:15.16, Dmitriev placed second in the 1650 yard freestyle event to start off the final night. Clark placed ninth in the 200 yard IM with a time of 1:51.42, setting a new career high.

This was the final day of the American Short Course Championships as the Mustangs will return to the waters March 10-12 at the NCAA Region Diving Zones in College Station, Texas.
