DALLAS (SMU) --- Bryan Hopkins has signed with the Dallas Mavericks' summer team, which plays in the Toshiba Vegas Summer League July 6-14 and at the 2006 Rocky Mountain Revue in Salt Lake City July 14-21. Hopkins, a two-time all-conference honoree while at SMU, led the Mustangs in scoring the last three seasons and is the only player in school history to lead in assists and steals all four seasons. He finished eighth in career scoring (1660), second in three-point field goals (256), eighth in assists (396), first in steals (225), and seventh in career starts (101).
