Mustang Divers Set To Compete At NCAA Zone

DALLAS (SMU) - Divers from the SMU men's and women's swimming and diving team are headed to Austin, Texas, to compete in the NCAA Zone "D" Diving meet that is slated for Fri., March 2 through Sun., March 4. The meet with be held at the Lee and Joe Jamail Texas Swimming Center on the campus of the University of Texas.
The NCAA Zone "D" Diving Meet is one of five regional-diving meets scheduled this weekend to determine the diving qualifiers for the upcoming NCAA Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving Championships. The other meets will be held at Rutgers University, the University of Georgia and the University of Michigan; the U.S. Air Force Academy will also host a zone diving meet in Oklahoma City, Okla.

10:30-11:40 a.m. - Men's 1-meter; 7 divers
2:45-5:05 p.m. - Women's 3-meter; 21 divers
Saturday, March 3
Noon-2:45 p.m. - Women's 1-meter; 25 divers
4-5 p.m. - Men's 3-meter; 7 divers
Sunday, March 4
10-11:30 a.m. - Women's platform
12:45-1:45 p.m. - Men's platform
