BRYAN, Texas (SMU) - Bad weather made for rough conditions at the Texas A&M "Mo"morial at Tradition's Golf Club this weekend and the SMU women's golf team struggled to adjust, finishing 14th in the 15-team field. After rain washed out Friday's play, the teams attempted to play 36 holes on Saturday, but darkness suspended play and the teams completed the second 18 and played the final round Sunday morning.
Lacey Jones led the Mustangs individually, tying for 20th at 27-over. Laura Cross was 42nd at 36-over, while Tia Gannon's 44-over placed her 58th. Sarah Dodson (76th) and Paige Martin (77) rounded out the SMU team.

Up next for the SMU women is the Betsy Rawls Longhorn Invitational, beginning March 17 in Austin.
