NORMAN, Okla. (SMU) - SMU freshman Paige Martin posted her best career finish by tying for 14th at the Susie Maxwell Berning Classic at the 6,013-yard, par-72 Jimmie Austin OU Golf Club on Monday. Martin's 223 was 7-over par and helped SMU to a ninth-place team finish.

Senior Lacey Jones also claimed a top-20 finish, tying for 17th at 225, while Tia Gannon just missed the top-20 cut, tying for 21st at 227. Laura Cross and Sarah Dodson rounded out the SMU squad by tying for 63rd at 240. Mustang Stephanie Hwang, playing as an individual, placed 88th at 259.
