Verona, Wisc. (SMU) - SMU senior Kate Ackerson is tied for fifth following two rounds of play at the Badger Invitational at University Ridge Golf Course. Ackerson's two-round total of 146 is just nine shots back entering Sunday's final round.

Jessie Gerry of Wisconsin leads at 137 and Cal leads the team event at 593. SMU is 11th at 644.
