Mustangs In 19th Place After Day Two Of NCAA Championships

COLLEGE STATION, Texas (SMU)-SMU men's swimming is in 19th place at NCAA Championships on day two at the Student Rec Natatorium on Friday, March 27 after earning points in the 200 medley relay and 100 back event.

Competing in the `B' final of the 200 medley relay, senior Pontus Renholm, senior Grega Plevelj, senior Luka Vrtovec and junior Thomas Fadnes clocked a time of 1:26.24 to finish in fifth, and 13th overall to accumulate eight points.

Renholm also swam in the 100 back `B' final for the Mustangs, collecting points for his seventh place finish and touching in at 46.80.
