SMU Men's Swimming Comes To Twitter

DALLAS (SMU) - The SMU men's swimming team has joined Twitter, joining Football Coach Jones (@coachjunejones) and Men's Basketball Coach Matt Doherty (@mattdohertysmu). The swim team can be sound at twitter.com/smuswimmingm.
Twitter pages are updated with "Tweets" (messages sent via Twitter) that contain breaking news, up-to-the-minute headlines, insight and links that can't be found anywhere else. You can receive SMU updates via Twitter through the Web, on your mobile phone, via instant messaging (IM) or through e-mail. Whichever way you choose, you will always stay up to date with the Mustangs.
Twitter is a free social networking and micro-blogging service that allows its users to send and read other users' updates, which are text-based posts of up to 140 characters in length.
Signing up (called "following" in Twitter lingo) for the SMU swimming Twitter page is very easy. Just go to twitter.com/smuswimmingm and click on the button in the upper-left hand corner of the page that says "Follow." This will allow you to instantly access up-to-date news via Twitter.
