BROKEN ARROW, Okla. (SMU) - SMU sophomore Felicia Espericueta posted the best finish of her career, tying for fifth at the ORU Shootout at the par-72 Meadowbrook Golf Club. Espericueta carded rounds of 78, 74 and 77 en route to a 229, just eight shots back of the winner, Marita Engzelius of Tulsa (221).

As a team, SMU placed sixth at 950, helped by freshman Amy Ruengmateekhun, who tied for 12th at 231. Tulsa won the tournament at 908.
