AUGUSTA, Ga. (SMU) - The SMU women's golf team came out with a strong day one performance at the Administaff Lady Jaguar Intercollegiate on Sunday, carding rounds of 299 and 302 to sit in fifth place at 601 after 36 holes at Forest Hills Golf Club.

SMU is led by sophomore Felicia Espericueta and freshman Amy Ruengmateekhun, who are tied for 18th at 149.
