Andriekus Sets Personal Best At NCAA Championship

INDIANAPOLIS (SMU) - On day two of the NCAA Championship, the SMU men's swimming and diving team came into the meet seeded twenty-ninth and moved up seven spots to finish twenty-second in the 200-yard medley relay. Sophomore Matas Andriekus led off with his fastest backstroke ever (22.5). Senior Mindaugas Sadauskas didn't just anchor the relay, but he swam a blistering 19.06 which ended up being the fourth fastest freestyle split of the preliminaries.
Sophomore diver Devin Burnett finished nineteenth in the country in three-meter diving with 342.75 points.
