Arcila Wraps Up Competition At FINA World Swimming Championships

DOHA, Qatar (SMU) - Isabella Arcila wrapped up competition at the FINA World Swimming Championships with a pair of personal bests, while Nina Rangelova posted a lifetime best and Bulgarian National Record.
Arcila swam both the 50-meter backstroke and 50-meter freestyle at the event, finishing in 27.62 and 24.88 respectively. At the completion of her time at the championships, Arcila brings home four lifetime-best times.
Rangelova also swam the 50-free, breaking the Bulgarian National Record in the event with a lifetime-best finish of 24.93. She will swim the 200-meter freestyle on Sunday to conclude competition at the event.
