Burnett And Meinecke Headed To Nationals In Platform

DALLAS (SMU) - Senior Devin Burnett completed USA Diving Zone C qualification on Sunday by posting a second-place finish in the platform to qualify for the National Championships, after previously qualifying for the event in both the one- and three-meter. Junior Parker Meinecke also punched his ticket to the event with a fifth-place finish.
Burnett posted a 350.35 at the AR Barr Outdoor Pool on SMU's campus, while Meinecke finished with a total score of 233.70.
Adding on to Burnett's qualifications in all three disciplines, sophomore Bryce Klein will make an appearance in the one- and three-meter, and Meinecke in the platform.
