Round Two Results

MESA, Ariz. (SMU) - The SMU women's golf team carded a 4-over in the second round of the Clover Cup giving them a two-round 1-over, 577, placing them just one stroke behind first place TCU on the overall leaderboard. Heading into the final round of action on Sunday, SMU leads third place Oklahoma by four strokes.

Senior Jenny Haglund, freshman Brigitte Dunne and junior Lindsey McCurdy all improved on their individual round totals on day two, shooting even par. After two rounds, both Haglund and Dunne sit at +1, in a tie for eighth in the 99-player field. Junior Katie Page also joins the duo in the eighth spot with her two-round total of 145, which included going 3-under on day one.

Senior Alexandra Rossi is +5 after two rounds, placing her inside the top 20 in a tie for 19th, while McCurdy sits at +6 in a tie for 24th.

Individual Alex Celli is +17 after two rounds.
