DALLAS (SMU) - SMU Athletics, through a partnership with eGroup and TicketMaster, is now offering a way for its donors to check their priority ranking online with the launch of a new Priority Calculator, the Mustang Club announced today. Visitors to the Priority Calculator website, www.ponypriority.com, are able to log in using their Ticketmaster Account Manager credentials and see their historic giving and current priority rank as compared with all active Mustang Club donors.

"We felt that the Priority Calculator tool would resonate with our donors," said Matt Peters, Director of the Mustang Club. "It provides them with a way to compare their athletics ranking to our total donor pool in real time, which helps our donors make an informed decision regarding the level of their contribution to the Mustang Club."

The new tool, which launched last week, benefits donors by allowing them to see how their current and future gifts affect their standing among all donors. This ranking is then used for the purposes of seat upgrades, adding new season tickets and determining seating location at away and postseason games. Donors who have made a gift in 2016 are ranked by giving level and number of priority points within their giving level. The standings are updated nightly to account for new gifts made each day.

Donations to the Mustang Club must be made by April 18 to be factored into the rankings for the 2016-17 season. To make a gift, call 214-768-2582 or visit the SMU Giving page and select "Mustang Club" from the Fund dropdown menu.
