LUBBOCK, Texas (SMU/ITF) – Liza Buss concluded play Monday at the International Tennis Federation (ITF) $25K Lubbock.

Buss fell to sixth seed Anna Turati [ITA] 6-0, 6-3 in round two of the singles play after defeating No. 90 ITA ranked Ksenia Laskutova [RUS] 6-2, 6-4 in the qualifying round. Turati was listed 824 in the Women's Tennis Association (WTA) rankings.
