NIGHT ONE RECAP
Senior Christian Scherubl led the SMU men's swimming and diving team with an appearance in the C Final of the 500-yard freestyle relay on night one of the Art Adamson Invitational at the Student Recreation Natatorium in College Station, Texas.

Scherubl finished third in the race, 19th overall, clocking in at 4:34.98.

Raplh Koo competed in the D Final of the 50-yard freestyle, touching in 21.06, good for sixth in the heat and 30th overall.

In relay action, Bartosz Krzyzaniak, Nick Badsky, Koo and Trey Kilbride posted the highest placement of the night for the Mustangs of 10th in the 200-yard freestyle relay (1:23.29). Krzyzaniak, Badsky and Koo added breaststroker Ronen Faur for the 400-yard medley relay to close the night, placing 12th in 3:22.16.

NIGHT TWO RECAP
Senior Bartosz Krzyzaniak placed seventh in the 100-yard backstroke to lead the SMU men's swimming and diving team on night two of the Art Adamson Invitational. Krzyzaniak clocked a 48.51.

Sophomore Ralph Koo (50.03) was in the Consolation Final of the 100 back, tying for sixth, while Trey Kilbride (2nd/18th overall, 49.89), Stephen Cheng (4th/20th, 50.52) and Kianu Kitching (7th/23rd, 51.24) were in the C Final and Duncan Brookover and Nick Badsky placed fourth and sixth, respectively, in the D Final.

Both freshman Matthew Nutter and senior Christian Scherubl competed in the C Final of the 200-yard freestyle. Nutter was second, 18th overall, at 1:40.75, while Scherubl was fifth in the race with a time of 1:42.12.

Sophomore Ronen Faur led five Mustangs in the 100-yard breaststroke by finishing third in the C Final (56.92). Stefan Popov (2nd/26th overall, 57.18), David Li (6th/30th, 58.19), Reid Anderson (7th/31st 59.81) and Aedan Lewis (8th/32nd 1:00.19) finished in order in the D Final.

Three Ponies swam in the 100-yard butterfly D Final, led by Koo (50.34), who finished fourth, Garrett Carson fifth (50.56) and Nick Badsky sixth (50.61).

SMU's 800-yard freestyle relay team of Krzyzaniak, Nutter, Scherul and Cheng posted a top-10 finish, placing ninth in 6:48.04, and the 200-yard freestyle relay group of Krzyzaniak, Kitching, Badsky and Koo finished 12th in 1:31.08.

NIGHT THREE RECAP
Stephen Cheng and Garrett Carson led the Mustangs with appearances in Consolation Finals on the final night of the Art Adamson Invitational Saturday. Cheng finished 13th overall in the 200-yard backstroke (1:48.62), while Carson was 13th in the 200-yard butterfly (1:51.28).

Bartosz Krzyzaniak won the C Final of the 200 back in a season-best 1:48.02, while Trey Kilbride (20th, 1:49.63) and Duncan Brookover (24th, 1:54.26) also represented SMU in the C final.

Ralph Koo (45.83) was 21st in the 100-yard freestyle after qualifying for the C final, and Matthew Nutter (46.50) followed in 28th after competing in the D final.

The 200-yard breaststroke finals saw four Mustangs advance, including Ronen Faur (18th, 2:01.72) and Kianu Kitching (19th, 2:03.77) in the C final, and Stefan Popov (26th, 2:05.56) and Reid Anderson (31st, 2:09.85) in the D final.

The final individual performances came from Tristian Hejny and Max Bryant in the 200-yard butterfly D final. The pair placed 27th and 30th, respectively.

The Mustangs posted another top-10 relay performance, finishing ninth in the 400-yard freestyle relay. Krzyzaniak, Koo, Nutter and Christian Scherubl finished in a season-best time of 3:02.84.
