MINNEAPOLIS (SMU)- The SMU men's swimming and diving team wrapped up night one of its two day dual at the University of Minnesota Thursday night.

The Mustang 200 medley relay team consisting of Riley Hill, Colin Feehery, Russell Exum and Lance Butler claimed second place, covering the distance in 1:29.39.

Colin Feehery delivered an impressive performance in the 200 IM, swimming a time of 1:49.25. Angus Corbeau claimed third place with a time of 1:52.92.

Sage Sungail swam a 1:38.96 to claim first place in the 200 freestyle. 

In the 50 freestyle, a pair of Mustangs finished back-to-back. Justin Baker earned second place touching the wall at 20.79 and Charlie Kaye swam a 20.91 to earn a third place finish.

On the diving side, Peter Smithson put together another impressive performance, posting a 339.00 on 1 meter to earn first place and his second NCAA Zone Standard on 1 meter of the year. Dominic Hoefer claimed third with a score of 309.30.

Russell Exum earned a second place finish in the 100 fly, covering the distance in 49.66.

Sage Sungail, Colin Feehery, Lance Butler and Charlie Kaye represented SMU in the 400 freestyle relay. The Mustang relay swam a time of 2:59.03, earning a runner-up finish.
