DALLAS (SMU) - SMU women's tennis completed the SMU Invitational today with singles and doubles play against Arkansas and UTA. They completed the day with seven victories.
 
Results

Doubles vs UTA
Taylor Johnson and Drew Morris defeated their opponents 7-5.
Maja Makoric and Lana Mavor defeated their opponents 6-1.
Winslow Huth and Cambelle Bouchard fell to their opponents 0-6. 

Singles vs Arkansas/ UTA
Number 1 singles: Drew Morris defeated Fran Vergara 6-1, 6-1. 
Number 2 singles: Taylor Johnson defeated Reinertsen 7-5, 6-3. 
Number 3 singles: Maja Makoric defeated Chileno 6-3, 6-2. 
Number 4 singles: Lana Mavor defeated Jimenez 6-3, 6-1. 
Number 5 singles: Winslow Huth defeated Novikova 6-3, 4-6, (10-8). 
Number 6 singles: Reka Patel fell to Dumitrescu 4-6, 5-7.

The Mustangs are in action again Oct. 14 as they host the Red & Blue Challenge at the Styslinger/ Altec Tennis Complex.
