USAV All-Star Championship
TULSA, Okla. (SMU) – Associate Head Coach of SMU volleyball
Trent Sorensen, along with Assistant Coach
Benjamin Bahr, are set to represent the North Texas region as coaches of the North Texas Girls Youth team at the 2022 USA Volleyball All-Star Championship.
Approximately 100 all-star teams from USAV regions across the country converge on Tulsa this week at the Cox Business Convention Center to vie for championship titles. Regions select up-and-coming girls and boys athletes from clubs in their areas to represent them on the court in multiple age groups and divisions.
Sorensen and Bahr lead the way for a team which claimed its first victory on Wednesday, defeating the GPR Girls Youth squad in three sets. North Texas Girls Youth's next match can be viewed on Court 12 at 7 p.m. via

The four-day event runs from Wednesday, July 20 to Saturday, July 23.
