DALLAS (SMU) - The matchups for the first-of-its-kind destination tournament, the Paradise Invitational, have been set, with SMU facing Kentucky on Saturday, September 12. 

Depending on the outcome, the Mustangs will play either the winner or the loser of the second match between Purdue and Houston.

The September showdown with the Wildcats will be the third meeting between the two programs in the last three seasons. SMU will aim to collect its first win over the Wildcats as Kentucky holds a 5-0 series advantage.

The Wildcats are coming off a historic season in which they won the SEC Regular Season crown for the ninth straight season, won their sixth SEC Tournament title and reached the NCAA Championship Final in 2025.
