Night Two Results

DALLAS (SMU) – Nicole Stambo picked up valuable team points toward the Mustangs' total with a fifth-place finish on 3 meter on night two of the American Athletic Conference Swimming and Diving Championships. The six-day event is being held at the Robson & Lindley Aquatics Center and Barr-McMillion Natatorium.

Stambo used a season-best 305.55 over six rounds to secure the placement for SMU.

In the day's preliminary session, Stambo registered a 304.30 to advance to the Championship Final as the No. 2 seed.

On day one, Stambo earned her third straight conference championship on 1 meter. She has NCAA Zone qualifying scores in both events.

Diving action concludes tomorrow with platform, while swimming competition opens with the 200-yard medley relay and 800-yard freestyle relay.
