RESULTS
 
LAS VEGAS (SMU) – Zachary Kingsland led SMU men's golf with a 24th place finish on Tuesday at the Southern Highlands Collegiate.  The Mustangs finished in 15^th place as a team.
 
Kingsland shot his best round of the tournament on day one with a three-under performance. He followed that up with an even par score in round two followed by a two-over performance in round three. This was Kingsland's fourth top-25 showing in six tournaments on the season.
 
The Mustangs shot 11 over on the final day to move down two spots into 15^th place. The Mustangs' best round of the tournament came in round one when they shot 290 for two-over par. The field included nine top-25 teams and four top 10 teams. Illinois won the tournament with a score of 21 under.
 
Justin Thompson shot five-over on his final day to finish in a share of 59^th. Also in 59^th, Nathan Petronzio carded a one-over on Tuesday.
 
Holden Wisener birdied his final two holes to finish the day at two-over. He concluded play in a tie for 78^th. J. Holland Humphries finished in 80^th place.
 
The Mustangs return to the course on Monday, March 6 for the Wake Forest Invitational at Pinehurst No. 2.
