IRVING, Texas (The American/SMU)-- SMU graduate guard Tiara Young was named to the American Athletic Conference Weekly Honor Roll, the league announced on Monday. 

Young averaged 23.5 points over two games last week. She willed SMU to victory with 25 points, five boards, and two assists against Wichita State and finished the week scoring 22 at Tulsa. 

SMU is back in action on Tuesday at 7 p.m. against South Florida on senior night.
