LEWISVILLE, Texas (DCTF/SMU) – Five members of the SMU football team have been named to Dave Campbell's Texas Football All-Texas teams, the publication announced on Tuesday.
Two Mustangs earned first-team honors, while three earned second-team accolades.
Being named to the first team were offensive lineman Logan Parr and safety Ahmaad Moses. Parr was selected as the ACC Offensive Lineman of the Week on Nov. 24, nabbing the honor after his dominant performance in SMU's dominant 38-6 win over Louisville. Both Moses and Parr were All-ACC first-team selections this year. Parr has now earned DCTF accolades in all three phases this season, being named to All-Texas teams in both the preseason and midseason by the prestigious publication.
Moses has been explosive for the Mustangs in 2025, ranking fourth in the nation in interceptions with five. The Arlington native has earned ACC Defensive Back of the Week twice this season, along with several other accolades, including the Paycom Jim Thorpe Award National Defensive Back of the Week and a spot on the Walter Camp Player of the Year Award Semifinalist list.
On both sides of the ball, SMU was represented on the second team. Starting tackle and team captain PJ Williams secured a spot after being a consistent, crucial piece along the line on offense. The redshirt junior was selected for the All-ACC second team earlier this month. Before the 2025 fall campaign, Williams was named to the preseason DCTF All-Texas Second Team.
Also earning second-team honors is senior defensive end Isaiah Smith. Smith has led the Mustang defense, ranking fifth nationally and tied for first in the conference in tackles for loss (17) and second in sacks with a career-best 8.5. SMU tied first in the conference in team sacks (34), along with leading the ACC in red zone defense (0.705) and turnovers gained (27).The senior nabbed All-ACC second-team honors for his dynamic play in 2025.
Wide receiver Jordan Hudson was selected to the second team, recording three 100-yard receiving games this season. The Garland native has 56 receptions for 749 yards and six touchdowns on the year.
