DALLAS (SMU)– SMU has been named the Learfield Amplify 2024–25 Property of the Year, earning national recognition for its
record-breaking growth in its inaugural year in the ACC. The honor follows the program's earlier accolade as
Paciolan's Star of the Year in March.
Learfield Amplify awards Property of the Year to celebrate overall excellence in revenue generation, business development, and partnership strength, areas where SMU continues to set the standard.

Lauren Adee, Chief Revenue Officer of SMU Athletics. "In our first year in the ACC, we set ambitious goals and we're proud to have delivered record-breaking results across revenue, attendance, and fan engagement."
Key Achievements in 2024–25:
- No. 1 in FBS for Year-Over-Year (YOY) % Increase in Attendance
- No. 2 in the Power 4 for Total Football Fan Growth (+10,000 per game)
- SMU Record for Most Football Season Tickets Sold
- 258,563 Ford Stadium Season Attendance Record
- SMU became the first Amplify property to launch a dedicated revenue stream directly supporting student-athlete benefits, pioneering a model that is now being looked at across the country.
- Football Revenue Grew 160% Year-Over-Year
- The SMU vs. Nebraska matchup in volleyball drew a sellout and program-record crowd of 6,773 fans to Moody Coliseum, cementing volleyball's growing popularity in the DFW area.
