DALLAS (SMU) – Last season brought March Madness and Moody Magic back to the Hilltop, turning Moody Coliseum into one of the ACC's toughest environments and setting the stage for an exciting 2026-27 season. Season ticket renewals are now available for the upcoming men's and women's basketball campaigns.
Last season, men's basketball returned to the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2017, delivering unforgettable moments along the way, including ranked wins over North Carolina and Louisville inside a packed Moody Coliseum and the "Miracle from the Miller," when Boopie Miller's half-court buzzer-beater stunned Virginia Tech.
Both the men's and women's basketball programs return with excitement and momentum heading into the upcoming season launching season tickets for the 2026-27 campaign today.
Men's basketball enters 2026-27 with one of the nation's most highly regarded transfer classes, ranked No. 6 nationally and second in the ACC by On3 . On the women's side, SMU welcomes back star Zahra King, who delivered one of the most dominant performances in all of college basketball last season with a remarkable 40-point performance in a win over Pitt, and will be joined by an exciting group of portal additions, including Sun Belt Freshman of the Year Kinsea Grimes (Coastal Carolina), CAA Defensive Player of the Year Grace Ezebilo (Charleston), Pitt transfer Theresa Hagans Jr., who earned 2025-26 ACC All-Freshman Team honors, and French standout forward Adja Kane.
The season ticket renewal deadline for men's basketball is Friday, July 31, while the women's basketball renewal deadline for premium seating is Tuesday, June 30.
Following the renewal deadlines, season-ticket purchasers interested in upgrading their location will be invited to participate in a seat-selection process guided by the Mustang Club Priority Point system.
SMU Athletics conducted a data-driven study based on previous ticket pricing, sales trends, secondary market activity, and season-ticket fill rates to establish the 2026-27 pricing model. Prices for the 2026-27 season are inclusive of ticket fees and payment plans are available if you renew in May. Parking and Miller Club donation levels have been updated in accordance with the newly released Mustang Club Benefits charts, as previously announced HERE.
