TEMPE, Ariz. (SMU) – Academic Awards were released Monday by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA), which included honors for the SMU women's tennis team and six of its student-athletes. 
 
SMU was named an ITA All-Academic Team after registering a team grade-point average (GPA) of 3.2 or better across the 2025-26 academic year. 
 
ITA Scholar-Athletes must have GPAs of 3.5 or better for 2025-26 to be recognized. Sophie Llewellyn, Natalie Stasny, Amelie Van Impe, Gina Feistel, Caroline McGinley and Addison Comiskey all earned scholar-athlete honors. 
 
It marks the third ITA Scholar-Athlete honor for McGinley and Stasny, while Van Impe, Feistel, Llewellyn and Comiskey all earned the honor for the first time.
